Renee Harnack

Renee (Villella) Harnack, 67, passed away suddenly on March 9, 2025, in Canton, Ohio. She was born on January 22, 1958, in Martins Ferry, Ohio.

Renee dedicated her life to caring for others. For more than 20 years, she worked at Ash Family Dentistry as a caregiver, providing pre-school daycare for the children of the Ash family and other staff members. Before that, she served as a nursing assistant for many years at Doctor's and Aultman Hospitals in the Canton and Massillon area. Her kindness and dedication left a lasting impact on those she cared for throughout her career.

With warmth that could brighten even the darkest days, Renee had an innate ability to bring joy to those around her. Her humor was infectious, her spirit uplifting, and her presence a source of comfort to all who knew her.

She is survived by her brothers Robert Villella; Richard Villella and his wife Courtney Tarpley, along with their children Jade, Liv, and Ty; and Roy Villella and his wife Robyn, along with their children Paige and Ross. She is also survived by her Aunt Rosie (Villella) Thomas and her husband Tom; cousin Terri; Aunt Roxie (Villella) Siburt; cousins Kim Collette-Waller and her husband Ron; Tony Collette and his wife Ashley; as well as cousins Jeffrey DeNardo and his wife Karen, and Douglas DeNardo and his wife Sharon.

Renee was preceded in death by her parents Roy J. Villella Jr. and Roberta "Bobbie" Ann (Wrana) Villella; grandparents Roy J. Villella Sr., Rose Villella, Robert Wrana, and Ann Wrana; as well as her aunt and uncle Delores and Joseph DeNardo.

Surrounded by the love of her brothers who adored her, Renee's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. May her kindness and laughter continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have known her.

A celebration of Renee's life will be held on a future date for both family and friends.
