Lynn Butcher (Montabone)

Lynn Butcher, 70 of Akron, Ohio, passed away on September 15, 2023. She was born on May 8, 1953, in Akron Ohio, to the late Leo Montabone Sr. and Pauline Clarke-Montabone. Lynn was preceded in death by her daughter, Shannon Gibson and her grandson Michael Gibson Sr.

Lynn was devoted to the love of her life, Ty Furcsik for the last 20 years. She is also survived by her brother, Leo (Butch) Montabone Jr., sister Connie Bennett, granddaughters Tara Gibson and Brittany Furcsik. Lynn was blessed with great grandchildren: Michael (Jr) and Mariah Gibson, Mackenzie and Kinsleigh Cursio, Brayden Gottwalt and Karmen Gibson.

Lynn had a passion for animals, especially butterflies. She dedicated over 15 years of her career to the Manchester Animal Clinic, where she worked tirelessly to care for and protect animals. Lynn also held a position at Circle K on Kenmore Blvd. Lynn's dedication to her work and her love for animals and people will always be remembered. Lynn's family and friends will be gather to celebrate her life in a ceremony. Cremation has taken place and the details of the celebration of life will be shared shortly.

Lynn Butcher will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her. Her love and dedication for family and friends will be cherished forever.
