Leslie Anne Lint

April 14, 1945 — March 7, 2026

Leslie Anne (Badertscher) Lint, a beloved member of the community, passed away on March 7, 2026. Born on April 14, 1945, in Wooster and raised in Dalton and East Canton, Leslie graduated from Jackson High School in 1963.

Leslie was a devoted wife to the late Jerry Lint, with whom she shared 55 years of love and companionship before his passing in October 2023. Her generous spirit and love for cooking endeared her to many, as she was always eager to share a meal with friends and family. In addition to her culinary talents, Leslie found joy in crafting, particularly in creating handmade cards.

A true pillar of the community, Leslie dedicated herself to serving others. She volunteered her time at the church, preparing welcome bags and participating in the monthly food outreach. Her commitment to helping those in need extended to her volunteer work at the Total Living Center in Canton. Leslie also found fulfillment in civic engagement, working the polls on election days and ensuring that her fellow workers were well-fed.

Known for her warm smile and welcoming nature, Leslie never hesitated to lend a helping hand to those around her. She valued human connections and approached every interaction with kindness and compassion.

Leslie is survived by her loving children: son Jeffery (Dana) VonLindt, daughter Patricia Lint, son Mark (Tammy) Lint, and her cherished grandsons Aldon, Simon, Andrew, Schyler, and Jacob. She is also remembered by her sisters Mary Reese and Betty (Jon) Wojtowicz, as well as nieces and nephews.

Leslie will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love, generosity, and selflessness will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched.

There will be a memorial service on Sunday, March 22nd at 12:30pm at Relentless Church 1878 Killian Rd, Akron, Ohio 44312.
