Juliana "Julie" Lupori, age 62, passed away on March 11, 2024, in Hartville, Ohio after an unfortunate battle with Multiple System Atrophy, a rare form of Parkinsons. She was born on April 22, 1961, and was a 1979 graduate of Garfield High School in Akron. Julie was a kind, gentle, and loving individual who dedicated 36 years of her life to working as a Meat Clerk at Acme, where she was known to many as a hard worker with a heartwarming smile.
Julie had a passion for gardening, cooking, baking, and canning, and with her good friend and neighbor Elaine they mastered the art of canning various flavors of Sauerkraut over the years. She loved to travel, most often enjoying the Florida beaches in the winter and Put in Bay in the summers. Her warm and caring nature touched the lives of many, and she will be fondly remembered by all of those that knew her.
Julie is survived by her sons Joseph (Gabby) Pramuka and James Pramuka, her mother Carole Harris, her father Jim (Marissa) Lupori, her sister Catherine (Matt) Limas, her nephew Matthew Limas, her grandchildren Jaxon, Braxton, Gemma, Bentley, Tucker, Juliana, and Aubriana, her cherished cousin Michelle (Mike) Lepsesty and their son Michael, her very special friend Mike, her close friend Vicki (Joe) McVey and many more family and friends whom she loved very much.
She is preceded in death by her stepfather, "Bonus Dad" as she referred to him, Carlton Harris, her grandparents James and Catherine Lupori, and her grandmother Alice Moorehead.
No calling hours or funeral services will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Parkinson Research Foundation or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in memory of Juliana Lupori.
Julie will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.
A special thank you to those who cared for her at Altercare of Hartville and Absolute Hospice when she could no longer care for herself, your love and kindness did not go unnoticed. An even more special thank you to nurse Sarah who went above and beyond and became a special friend to her.
