Jane Embick

Jane Ann Embick, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2025. Born on June 29, 1956, Jane lived a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion to her family.

She shared 42 years of marriage with husband, James Embick Jr., and together they built a home rooted in love and warmth. Jane was the proud mother of two daughters, Megan Embick (Matt) and Kristin Cantrell (Chris), who carry forward her kindness and strength. She also cherished her role as "Grandma" to her granddaughter, Penelope Cantrell, who was the light of her life. Jane is preceded in death by her mother, Janice Paden, and is now reunited with her in peace.

For 19 years, Jane dedicated herself to the Cuyahoga Falls School District, where her work touched countless lives. She was also an active member of the PTA, giving her time and energy to support students and families in her community.

Beyond her career, she poured her heart into the things she loved most-spending time with her family, tending to her gardens, and surrounding herself with her ever-growing collection of snowmen and gnomes.

Jane's warmth, laughter, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her love continues to live on in the family and friends who were lucky enough to share in her life.

A celebration of Jane's life will be held, where family and friends will come together to honor her memory and the joy she brought to so many.
