George Cletus Blower Jr., 81, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2026.
Born in Elgin, Illinois, George lived a life filled with adventure, independence, and a deep love for his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Delores; his brother, Sandy; his sister, Judy; and his sister-in-law, Tammy.
George is survived by former wife, Mary (Pat) Blower, his loving children, Heather and Aaron (Shelly); his cherished grandchildren, Ava, Cole, and Sydney; and his siblings, Paul (Carol), Greg, Jeanne, Sharon (Jeff), Tim, Kevin (Patty), and Shannon.
George's greatest passion was riding his motorcycle. Whether exploring the open road, traveling to new places, or simply enjoying the outdoors or fishing, he embraced life with a spirit of freedom and adventure. He enjoyed having a good time, and never missed an opportunity to create lasting memories with those he loved. Among George's fondest memories were the many summers spent in Canada, at Rice Lake, fishing alongside his father, brothers, son, and family. Those trips became a treasured tradition, filled with laughter, stories, and the simple joys of being together in the outdoors he loved so much.
Above all, George treasured his family. He took great pride in his children and grandchildren and valued the time spent with them. His sense of humor, strength, and adventurous nature will be remembered by all who knew him.
In accordance with George's wishes, there will be no services. He preferred to be remembered for the life he lived rather than mourned in death. His family encourages those who knew him to honor his memory by sharing stories, enjoying the outdoors, taking a ride down an open road, or spending time with loved ones.
