Carrol Starcher

With heavy hearts and deep gratitude for a life so beautifully lived, we announce the peaceful passing of Carrol Ann Starcher on June 27, 2025. A daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, neighbor, and friend - Carrol wore many titles, but each one was wrapped in love and laughter.

Born on July, 9 1946, at 79 years of age, in Dover, Ohio to Pearl O' Chaney (Price), Carrol was the beloved wife of Clark Starcher (Gail Mar), with whom she built a life full of love, 5o years of lasting memories. Her Son Ronnie Price proceeds her in death. Carrol called Deerfield her home for more than 30 years. She enjoyed her family friends and visiting with everyone. She loved her church family and being in the choir. When she was younger she wrote paperback books. She loved her dogs, chickens and ducks. She always was running the roads and keeping busy. She was always on the phone keeping in touch with her family and friends. Carrols spirit will continue live on in all her family and friends. She will be dearly missed, deeply loved, and forever remembered.

Carrol had many brothers and sisters known and unknown totaling 15 including Shirley Price, Carl Wear, Dale Price, Charles Price, Eugene Price, Patricia (Price) Jack Bailey. Brother and sister in-laws Jack Starcher, Leonard Starcher (Vickie), Donald Starcher, Delsie (Bob) Pierson, Carolyn Beck, Ree Rhebein (Jeff), Kathie (Kenlie) Fuiten, Bill And Gary Starcher, many cousins, nieces and nephews. Carrol would want to invite you to her church to visit: Liberty Bible Church 2215 State Route 183 Atwater Ohio 44201, Special Thanks To Liberty Bible Church for helping Carrols family. A celebration of Carrols life will be held at a later date. Carrol will be cremated and taken to Coens Cemetery in West Virginia.
