Brenda Rexroad

Brenda Joyce Rexroad, 79, Portage Lakes, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was affectionately known to everyone as Meemaw. She was born in Mayfield, Kentucky, relocating to Ohio in her late teens. Brenda was an avid gardener and quilter who also enjoyed playing euchre and spending time with her family. Later in life she could often be seen supporting her grandchildren at sporting and theater events throughout the Coventry and Akron communities. Brenda was a homemaker who dedicated her life to her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.

As per her wishes, a public service will not take place. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to the Humane Society in her honor.
